Home collection service
We collect green waste at your home. But you can also request a composter
Our service provides free door-to-door collection of green waste.
You can request the service by calling the freephone number 800 437678. You can cancel the reservation no later than 24 hours before collection (excluding public holidays).
In addition, please find below some useful information about the service:
- Place waste to be disposed of on the street or pavement in a place accessible to the collection vehicle.
- On the day of collection, waste must be placed on the pavement outside the booked address, ensuring it does not obstruct passage. You may leave waste at a different location, but this must be specified in your booking notes
- Please place the materials outside after 21.00 in the evening before collection, and no later than 5.00 on the scheduled collection day.
- A maximum of 6 packages per household can be collected. Materials may be presented in bundles up to 1.5 metres long and weighing no more than 5 kg. Alternatively grass clippings and plant waste can be placed in sturdy disposable bags of any colour with a maximum capacity of 110 litres.
- Place waste to be disposed of on the street or pavement in a place accessible to the collection vehicle.
