Remove any food residue from the used oil and, if it's hot, allow it cool
Used vegetable oils are classified as waste that must be disposed of through proper recycling—they should never be poured down the kitchen sink.
Thanks to dedicated roadside containers, we can collect oils and fats from fried foods as well as oil from canned foods (such as tuna, mushrooms, etc.).
Wash water, synthetic motor oil, and food residue cannot be placed in the containers.
Here are some simple guidelines for the separate collection of used oils:

Pour the cooled oil into plastic bottles (up to 2 litres) and seal them securely
Locate the nearest collection container and deposit your filled bottles there
