What it is and how to access it
The desk dedicated to the assessment and collection of waste tax (TARI) on behalf of the Municipality
The TARI Desk, available both locally and online, is available to citizens and businesses domiciled in the Municipality to activate, modify or terminate their user account, but also to collect cards, bins and bags.
The TARI Desk in the area
It is located in Bergamo, Via Suardi, 26, at the A2A Utilities Hall. Access is by reservation only as follows:

The TARI Desk is open to citizens on weekdays at the following times:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
What you can do at the local Desk
We simplify your waste management administrative paperwork
Changes, complaints and requests relating to your home, as well as the collection of kits, cards and bags. A single place to help you perform all administrative and other tasks concerning your waste management user account:
Administrative paperwork management
Submit claims for new occupation, termination, changes in surface area, change of use of premises and receiving information on the TARI
Dedicated cards
Request a new dedicated card, if lost, stolen or deteriorated, in order to collect bags from dispensers (dwellings where the user is not a resident and non-domestic users).
Complaints, with the required documents, may be:
- filled in directly from the telematics counter of the Municipality of Bergamo
- sent to protocollo@cert.comune.bergamo.it; in this case, in addition to the required documents, it is necessary to attach the municipal TARI declaration form that can be downloaded from the website of the Municipality of Bergamo, Tax Office area.
