What they are and how to access them

The ecological platforms are equipped areas in the city where you can take your recyclable household waste. You can enter by presenting your dedicated card

Ecological platforms are equipped and supervised areas where you can bring all recyclable waste. The centres can also collect bulky waste and hazardous municipal waste.

Who can access them

Access to the ecological platform is for:

  • Residents of the Municipality of Bergamo with the Regional Card or the National Services Card;
  • Non-residents registered with the Bergamo Waste Tariff Register with the Ecopass issued by Aprica S.p.A. at Via Moroni 337;
  • Inhabitants in some contracted Municipalities with an Ecopass issued by the Municipality of residence.

For the Ecopass to be issued, you must be registered in the Waste Tariff Register, present your ID and your Regional Card or National Services Card.

There are also certain entry limits that private vehicles are required to comply with:

We have compiled for you a complete list of all waste that you can take to the ecological platform. We can also accept bulky and hazardous waste, provided it comes from a household environment.
